How to Edit and Organize a PDF Online

PDF documents are widely used for forms, reports, invoices, applications, scanned documents and business files. However, simple changes such as removing a page, changing page order or correcting page orientation can sometimes require dedicated desktop software.

This browser-based PDF editor provides a convenient way to perform common page-level editing tasks without installing additional desktop software. You can upload a PDF, preview its pages, reorder them, delete unwanted pages, rotate pages and add new text.

Organize PDF pages

Select and drag pages to change their order. This is useful when pages were scanned in the wrong sequence or when several sections need to be rearranged before sharing a document.

Delete unwanted PDF pages

Select a page and choose Delete to remove it from the exported document. The remaining pages are automatically renumbered according to their new order.

Rotate individual PDF pages

Scanned documents may contain pages with an incorrect orientation. The editor lets you rotate individual pages clockwise or counterclockwise before exporting the final PDF.

Add Arabic and Unicode text

The editor supports adding text in different languages. Instead of passing Arabic characters directly to a PDF standard font such as Helvetica, the compatibility renderer uses the browser's Unicode text rendering system. This avoids common WinAnsi encoding errors such as: "WinAnsi cannot encode Arabic characters".

Added text is an overlay. It does not directly rewrite the original text objects stored inside the source PDF. This design provides a safer browser-based workflow for adding notes, labels, dates and other short text.

What happens if the original PDF is unusual?

PDF files can contain encryption, unusual object structures, annotations, forms, embedded fonts and other advanced features. Browser-based PDF libraries do not guarantee identical support for every possible PDF structure.

When preserving the original PDF structure is not possible, the editor can use a compatibility rendering method. The pages are rendered by the browser and reconstructed into a new PDF. This can improve compatibility, although the resulting pages may behave like images rather than original selectable PDF text.

The editing workflow is designed to run in the browser. However, website owners should review their own hosting, analytics, advertising and third-party scripts before making specific privacy claims about their complete website.

Standard PDFs are generally the best candidates for browser-based editing. Password-protected documents require the correct password. Some specialized PDFs, including certain XFA forms or heavily restricted documents, may require dedicated PDF software.
